Refund policy
５日の返品ポリシーが適用されます。これにより、商品を受け取ってから30日間は返品をリクエストすることができます。
返品の対象となるためには、商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未使用であり、タグが付いており、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。

返品が受け入れられる場合、返品配送ラベルと、パッケージの発送方法と発送先に関する手順書をお送りします。返品をリクエストするより先に返送された商品は受け付けません。

破損および問題
注文の受領時に商品を確認し、商品に欠陥がある場合や破損している場合、または間違った商品をお受け取りになった場合は早急にご連絡ください。問題を評価して適切に対処いたします。
例外/返品不可商品
生鮮品 (食品、生花、植物など)、カスタマイズ品 (特別な注文、パーソナライズされている商品など)、衛生日用品 (美容用品など) など、特定の種類の商品は返品できません。特定の商品についてご不明な点がありましたら、お問い合わせください。
申し訳ございませんが、セール商品やギフトカードの返品は受け付けることができません。
交換・キャンセル
お客様都合の返品交換の場合は、返品後にご交換ではなくご注文キャンセルとさせて頂きます。
返金
返品が受領され、検査が行われたらお知らせいたします。また、返金が承認される否かもお知らせいたします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で自動的に返金されます。銀行またはクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、支払われるまでには時間がかかる場合があります。
返品を承認してから16営業日以上経過した場合、info@naturalmind-happy.comまでお問い合わせください。

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, except for defective products or wrong products.
Please check carefully before placing your order.
We take the utmost care in product management, but in the unlikely event of a defective or incorrect product, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will promptly inform you of the return or exchange.
Please note that we do not accept returns of the following items.

Merchandise that has been damaged, broken, or defaced by the customer
Merchandise that has been opened by the customer, damaged, or defaced by the customer
Merchandise that has been returned to us without prior notice
We will contact you for a refund or exchange after checking the returned merchandise.
